Our engagement occurs in all stages of these operations, from the organization and conducting of the prior legal audit (legal due diligence), structuring of the negotiations in view of the environmental issues involved, up to the negotiation of the proper contracts and agreements, establishing clauses defining the due allocation of the environmental contingencies, and post closing assessments and implementation plans.
