We are engaged in handling and following up before the relevant authorities the proceedings to obtain, modify and renew environmental licenses (preliminary,o installation and operation licenses), including interface in the renewal of environmental licenses with the investigation and intervention in contaminated sites.

We are also engaged in the coordination of Deactivation and Cancellation of Operation Licenses and in the management of any risks for the issuance of the Requalification for Declared Use Agreement provided by the environmental agencies.

Our engagement also includes, under partnership with specialists, the coordination of Legal and Technical Feasibility Studies (EVLT) related to municipal statutes, including municipal licenses, the issuance of fire fighting licenses – AVCBs, accessability criteria and the regularization of construction and expansion projects and the issuance of the respective completion reports (‘Habite-se’ occupational permit).
